The MGE EV charging study is now in its seventh year! Please join us for an MGE EV charging study update on Thursday, Sept. 17 (5:30 to 7 p.m.). MGE will provide an overview of the EV study to date and discuss any questions that might come up. They will provide pizza and soda.

Want to learn more about the BMW i3 and i8? Zimbrick BMW is hosting an event specially for our group to attend a presentation, get inside the vehicles, and ask questions about them. You can test drive an i3 while you are there, but unfortunately nobody is allowed to drive the i8 unless you buy it :-).

We've been around for three years now -- come join us for a picnic lunch at Wingra Park in Madison! Bring something for yourself and maybe something to share if you like. We might even get a cake! This is a beautiful park on Lake Wingra, and you can even rent canoes and kayaks and paddleboards. Let's hope for good weather. Party starts about 12:30pm.

We have lots of new owners and it would be great to get together for a meet-and-greet dinner again. The Fitchburg HyVee worked very well last time (decent food and four charging stations!), so we are going to go there again. We'll meet outside about 6:30pm, and head in to eat once people are gathered up and ready.

Just last week, the new Fitchburg Hy-Vee opened, along with brand-new ChargePoint charging stations out front. This Thursday, March 6, we are planning a meeting there to have dinner in the Market Grille (at about 6:30pm), enjoy open discussion, and give the new charging stations a good workout!
